My name is Kayla.

I’m a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Psychic Medium, RYT-200 Yoga Instructor, and lifelong creative. Before stepping fully into my healing work, I studied Musical Theatre at UCLA and spent over twenty years working professionally as an actress and singer in theatre, film, and television.

In December 2020, I opened my holistic practice and began building what would become a deeply fulfilling path of service. I soon received my first residency as a Psychic, Yoga Instructor, and Reiki Practitioner at a wellness center in Riverside County, and from there, I traveled throughout Southern California offering Reiki certifications, tarot workshops, and intuitive development trainings in Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego — where I now reside.

As an intuitive guide, I work with my psychic clairs — claircognizance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and clairvoyance — to offer grounded, actionable spiritual insight during readings, Reiki sessions, and private coaching. My work is personalized, humorous, and rooted in real life. I care deeply about helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered — without bypassing the very human messiness of growth and healing. My own journey has taught me that self-love isn’t optional — it’s foundational. Healing and spirituality don’t exist to “fix” you; they exist to help you remember who you already are. Today, I guide clients and students toward deeper self-trust, authentic expression, and lives that feel aligned, abundant, and true.
