This virtual event will begin with a sound bath and gentle yoga flow to prep our minds and bodies for a guided Yoga Nidra meditation - NO experience necessary! Also known as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra takes us through the five layers of self (koshas) to promote relaxation and healing. One 30 min. session of Nidra can be as restorative and beneficial as four full hours of sleep!
