Join Reiki Master Teachers Cheri Smith and Kayla Parker, as they guide you through extraordinary exercises, share crystals, oils and yoga poses to activate and balance your Throat Chakra. They'll share practical resources and rituals that you can integrate into your life after the workshop also. You’ll then be guided through a journal and sound therapy experience to identify limited belief(s) that block your Throat Chakra. We'll end with a burn ceremony, burning away our limiting beliefs that we've identified and written down. We'll finish with manifesting affirmations, refreshments and sister time.

Cheri Smith is a wife, mother, Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, and Sound Bowl Practitioner. She's been an Intuitive Psychic since childhood and began her regular yoga practice in 1999 out of Encinitas, CA. Today, she manages multiple autoimmune diseases that she credits for guiding her into the depths of her personal healing and spiritual journey. Kayla Parker (Reiki Master Teacher / RYT-200 Yoga Instructor / Intuitive Reader) - A mystic, songbird, goof, broad, and lover of all things strange & unusual! After training in the Ray Bolger Musical Theatre Program (BA) at UCLA, Kayla has recorded and worked with musicians such as Jessie J, Boyz II Men, Lainie Kazan, Mike Stoller, Dean Pitchford, and Michael Gore. Some of her professional performance credits include the tour of “Les Miserables” (Eponine), the LA Revival of “Carrie” (Sue), the premiere of “I Only Have Eyes of You” (Ruby Keeler), and the Emmy winning “Grease: Live!” on FOX.
