Excited to be joining the lovely Alana of Riff’s Yoga for their monthly Full Moon Cacao Ceremony! I’ll be conducting a group reading and providing astro-inspired Tarot spreads to help us align with the energies of the July supermoon.

During this 1.5 hour workshop we will come together to celebrate July’s Full Moon in Capricorn with a Cacao Ceremony, light movement, breath work and how-to steps on setting monthly intentions & self care rituals that are inspired by the waning moon cycles. For centuries, raw Cacao has been used in ceremonies as a facilitator of self-reflection and spiritual awakening. Cacao is also chalked full of powerful nutrients, with 40 times the antioxidants of blueberries, exceptionally high amounts of calcium & magnesium, and the highest plant-based source of Iron! The energy behind a Full Moon asks us to release negative or stagnant energy. During each month’s Full Moon, we are presented with a time for surrender and a heightened sense of emotionality. As such, Full Moons are synonymous with closure and endings; of cycles, habits, relationships.

Please bring a mug for your cacao, a journal / notepad, something to write with, your mat + props - and only if you are feeling called, an item for our Full Moon altar (think crystals, lucky charms, flowers, etc)!
